From the Hotel Sonnbichl you can reach Merano comfortably with the nostalgic chairlift, which leads about 50 meters away from the hotel into the valley. After only three minutes drive, you are right in the centre of Merano - without having to look for a parking space, without stress. 

Alternatively, you can take the bus or walk along the flowery Tappeinerweg to Merano.
