This is the exact feeling that Hotel Sonnbichl can give you. Our hotel is located at an altitude of 540 metres in the village of Tyrol - above Merano, surrounded by vineyards and orchards, in the middle of one of the most beautiful landscapes in Europe.

The panoramic location not only offers breathtaking views of the valley and the mountain ranges, but also a very special atmosphere.

It has a lot to do with freedom, and with the restful state of being whole with oneself. If you are looking for a time out where you can regenerate in a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, our family-run 4-star superior hotel is the perfect place for you.

This starts with the fact that we actually only show you what you can expect on site online: As beautiful as it looks on the photos, it is also real. All the rooms have a balcony, the view is truly fantastic, and our garden was not photographed with a wide-angle effect - it is, in fact, that big.

Traditional South Tyrolean specialities with a modern touch are served. Our secret recipe for culinary highlights: seasonal products, local specialities, a pinch of Mediterranean creativity and a large portion of passion for cooking.
