Booking

Please understand that we cannot always guarantee the booking of certain floors or room numbers. 

Check-in: from 2:30PM
Check-out until 11:00AM

Accepted means of payment

• EC card, credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), cheques, cash (up to € 2,999)
• If you transfer the travel price in advance, you will receive a wellness voucher worth € 20 as a thank you (valid from 7 nights). You will also receive a wellness voucher worth € 20 (valid from 7 overnight stays) for cash payment of your costs on site.

Additional charges

• For short stays up to 3 days: 10% surcharge per person per day
• For above-average consumption at the included dinner: € 10 per person

Children

Children and young people are very welcome to stay overnight with us at a reduced price*:

• Up to 3 years: € 15 per day incl. Half board
• 4 to 10 years: € 50 per day incl. Half board
• 11 to 15 years: € 65 per day incl. Half board
• 16 to 18 years: € 105 per day incl. Half board
   

* in the same room as 2 full paying persons

Our hotel has baby and extra beds, highchairs, a children's room with a small selection of toys, a games house as well as table tennis and table football.              

Dogs

Small dogs can stay overnight in your room for 15 € per day (without food) after previous registration. They have no access to the dining room and the lawn. Outside of mealtimes, they can go to the terrace and the bar. 

Cancellations 

Life is not always predictable - we therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Travel insurance. If you still have to cancel your trip, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival date: free of charge
• From 6 weeks before departure: 70% of the tour price
• From 1 week before departure: 90% of the travel price
