Simply choose the route that best suits your physical condition and your mood of the day - our four mountain bikes and bicycle helmets are available free of charge.

Tennis

Be powerfully active in this white sport

Do you want to get your strength back on the court? Or just see if tennis is something for you?

The artificial turf tennis court of our neighbouring hotel "Traubenheim" is available to you free of charge.

Only 100 meters from Sonnbichl, you can take lessons, compete with your own partner, or play a match with the owners of "Traubenheim".

There are also indoor courts in Merano and Marling.

Nordic Walking

Enjoy running in your own rhythm

Breathe the clear, fresh mountain air, discover grandiose views and do something for your health at the same time - you can do this on one of the numerous hiking routes that are also open to Nordic walkers.

In the entire Merano region there are many well signposted paths that can be walked all year round. Pack your sports shoes!
