Please understand that we cannot guarantee you the booking of certain floors or room numbers, we are happy to note your wishes.

Additional fees
We will refund €10 per person/meal for dinners not utilised
If you transfer the travel price in advance, you will receive a wellness voucher worth €20 as a thank you (valid for stays of 7 nights or more and a treatment value of €50.00 or more). This also applies to cash payment on site.
We do not require a deposit for direct contact bookings (online excluded), but you can use our secure online payment button. You will find the link below.

Not everything in life is predictable – we therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you have to cancel your trip, the following conditions apply:
Up to 6 weeks before date of arrival: free of charge
From 6 weeks before departure: 70 % of the travel price
From 1 week before departure: 90 % of the travel price
(Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (
GvD 206/2005) A right of cancellation within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code does not apply).
Children
Children and teenagers are welcome to stay with us at a reduced rate. This reduction is valid in the parents' room with 2 full-paying adults:
Up to 3 years: €15 per day incl. half board
4 to 10 years: € 50 per day incl. half board
11 to 15 years: € 65 per day incl. half board
Children from 16 and adults: € 105 per day incl. half board
We have cots, extra beds and highchairs.
Dogs
Dogs can stay in your room by prior arrangement for €15 per day (without food). However, they do not have access to the dining room, the sunbathing lawn or the wellness area. Outside meal times, however, they are welcome to join you on the terrace and in the hotel bar.
